The Team
Amir Groman
Mr. Groman is a security and intelligence expert with over 30 years of experience in the Israeli Security Agency (ISA). He held senior leadership positions such as Director of intelligence operations and managed government projects in various locations. After retiring, he worked for a large corporation on a major security project in the GCC region. Currently, he runs his own security consulting firm (Galaxite Solutions) and co-founded two other companies (Emrys innotech and Kyanite Innovation Ltd). He also mentors high-tech companies and is a sought-after speaker on security topics worldwide. Mr. Groman has a strong academic background in administration, public policy, and national defense. Mr. Groman holds an MA in Administration and Public Policy and a BA in Social Science, both from Haifa University in Israel and graduate with honor from the Israel National Defense College, specializes in counter terrorism and national defense.
Dr. Eyal Pinko
A retired Navy Commander with 30 years in the Israeli Navy and National Intelligence Agency, earned multiple top awards. Dr. Pinko served in naval operations, led weapon systems development, and commanded intelligence units. After retiring in 2017, he consulted for the Israeli National Cyber Directorate and now researches and lectures on cyber and national security. Holding a Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University, Dr. Pinko has published extensively and leads the International Institute for Migration and Security Research.
Harel Menashri Ph.D.
Dr. Menashri holds several key university positions: Head of Cyber at Holon Institute of Technology (HIT), Cyber Lecturer at HIT, Bar Ilan University, and Tel Aviv University, and Research Fellow at Reichman University's International Institute for Counter-Terrorism. With 36 years of experience, including 25 years at the Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet), he is a major designer of Israel’s cybersecurity system and policy. Dr. Menashri is an expert in cyber activities of superpowers, states, and terrorist organizations, Chinese and North Korean cyber activities, technological intelligence, and information security. Dr. Menashri is also a highly regarded international cybersecurity lecturer and author.
